right click on MMX353g icon and go through properties..
now go through compatibility tab ----> run compatibility troubleshooter-----> troubleshoot program--->
=====>click on 1st dialogue box(program worked in earlier version of window)
-----> check window 7 dialogue box
-----> click on next
after that follow further procedure may be in 2,or 3 steps ....
run it as administrator
see guys your modem will be work with windows 8 .... hv enjoy

If you are using Windows 8 then run the above software in compatibility mode.
